A RMA # is required. Please E-Mail or Call prior. Please DO NOT return to address on your invoice. This may delay your credit or you may not get it at all. All returns MUST be shipped to:

Return Policy

1.) Customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

2.) A Return Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested from the Athletikwear Company. You must e-mail the refund request to webmaster@athletikwear.com. Products being returned must have a RMA# issued before being returned. Instructions for the return will be provided. Once you receive the return authorization information, you can return the product.

3.) Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached, including all original contents and the original invoice or receipt included..

4.) Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.

5.) NOTE: Some items do not qualify for standard return policy, because the manufacturer will resolve any issue with the product holder. Customers with the actual products must contact the manufacturer directly for any defective warranty information. You will be notified if the products are not covered by the return policy when ordering your authorization number.

6.) Credit will be issued for the full purchase price, shipping not included, within 15 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
